These Terms and Conditions govern all services, digital products, and transactions conducted through Hydra Rise Media (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1.1. These terms apply to all products and services offered by Hydra Rise Media, including but not limited to:
Press Release Writing
Press Release Distribution
Music Promotion Services
Social Media Marketing
Digital Advertising & Spotify Promotion
Web & Graphic Design
E-commerce (Merch, Cover Art, Lyric Videos, etc.)
1.2. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website.
1.3. Hydra Rise Media operates as an independent marketing & PR agency and does not guarantee any specific results, such as sales, playlist placements, or media coverage beyond what is explicitly stated in our packages.
2.1. Payment is required in full before any service is provided. We accept payments via PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, and other online payment gateways.
2.2. Prices are listed in EUR (€) and may be subject to conversion fees if you are purchasing from a different currency.
2.3. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2.4. We do not offer refunds once a service has been delivered, unless we fail to provide the agreed-upon service.
3.1. Press Release & Digital Services
Standard delivery time is 24-72 hours, unless stated otherwise in the package description.
Clients must submit all necessary information (band details, release info, social links, etc.) via our submission form.
If a client fails to provide complete information, delivery may be delayed.
3.2. Music Promotion & PR Services
Music promotion services (e.g., playlist pitching, PR distribution, advertising) are non-refundable, as they involve external media partners and platforms.
We do not guarantee specific media placements, playlist additions, or feature confirmations beyond what is explicitly listed in each service package.
3.3. Merch & Digital Downloads
For digital items (e.g., lyric videos, cover art), files will be delivered via email or a secure download link.
If you do not receive your product within the stated timeframe, please contact us at info@hydrarise.com.
4.1. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.
4.2. If a cancellation request is made before work starts, a partial refund (minus transaction fees) may be issued at our discretion.
4.3. If Hydra Rise Media fails to deliver a service as outlined in the service description, we will issue either:
✅ A partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.
✅ A credit toward future services.
4.4. Refunds are not available for:
Completed press releases or marketing services.
Failure of a music promotion service to achieve a specific result (streams, followers, media placements).
Personal preference changes after service has begun.
5.1. Providing Accurate Information
Clients must submit accurate and complete details for all services.
Hydra Rise Media is not responsible for errors in submitted content (e.g., misspellings, incorrect links).
5.2. Compliance with Platform Policies
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their content follows the terms & policies of platforms like Spotify, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and press outlets.
We do not promote fake streams, bots, or any manipulative marketing tactics that violate industry guidelines.
5.3. Use of Content & Materials
By purchasing a service, you grant Hydra Rise Media the right to use your music, images, and promotional materials for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you wish to keep your campaign confidential, please notify us before purchasing.
6.1. Client Rights
All original content (music, lyrics, cover art) provided by the client remains their property.
6.2. Hydra Rise Media Rights
Any press releases, graphics, and promotional materials created by us are licensed for use by the client but cannot be resold or modified without permission.
6.3. Use of AI & Automation
Some content (e.g., press releases, ad copy) may be generated using AI tools and edited by our team for quality control.
Hydra Rise Media ensures that all AI-assisted content follows industry standards and maintains a human-reviewed touch.
7.1. Hydra Rise Media is not liable for:
Any business loss, financial loss, or indirect damages resulting from service outcomes.
Rejection of press releases, playlist submissions, or media features by third-party platforms.
Any issues related to social media or streaming platform policies (e.g., Spotify removing songs from playlists, Facebook ad account bans).
7.2. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as server outages, technical failures, strikes, or third-party policy changes.
8.1. Your Information
We collect and store customer data only for service fulfillment and communication purposes.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties except for media outreach, advertising, or legal requirements.
8.2. Marketing & Communication
By purchasing a service, you may receive occasional promotional emails from us.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the opt-out link in our emails.
9.1. If you have an issue with your order, contact us first at info@hydrarise.com.
9.2. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any attempt to fraudulently chargeback a transaction will result in blacklisting from future services and potential legal action.
If you are unsatisfied with our service, contact us first for a resolution.
9.3. Governing Law
